Choose the first destination, not the whole holiday
Start with where you want to go after collecting your luggage. That may be your Makkah accommodation, a Jeddah hotel or another agreed address. Use the destination you have booked, not a general landmark or city-centre pin. You can add later journeys to your planning brief separately.
If you are considering an overnight stay before travelling onwards, make that decision before requesting the arrival transfer. An airport-to-hotel journey and an onward intercity journey have different collection details and should be reviewed independently.
Use the actual flight details
Jeddah airport has multiple passenger terminals. Keep the flight number and the terminal information supplied for your flight together, and recheck them if the airline changes the schedule. A terminal name remembered from an earlier trip is not a reliable collection instruction.
Enter the arrival date and time in Saudi local time as shown on your itinerary. Keep screenshots or booking documents for your own reference, but share only the information necessary for arranging transport.
Make the luggage fit the request
Count checked luggage and cabin bags separately. Include a folded pushchair, mobility equipment or other bulky items so that the request describes more than the number of seats. Where equipment or assistance is needed, wait for written confirmation that it can be accommodated.
If you plan to meet relatives arriving on another flight, include both arrival details and ask for the arrangement to be assessed. Do not assume that a single airport collection can include unlimited waiting between flights.
Know what you are confirming
A clear booking should identify the collection process, exact destination, included stops and the conditions for delays or changes. Check the contact number that will work when you arrive. Your booking organiser and the traveller meeting the driver may need different contact details.
The Pilgrim Taxi Jeddah-first service is being prepared. Planning a request does not guarantee a vehicle or an agreed fare. When booking opens, review the final quote and terms before payment; Pilgrim Taxi will remain the customer-facing brand for your booking communications.
